The Contacts view provides visibility into every individual prospect in your database, with enriched contact information and signal activity at the person level.

Overview

While Accounts shows company-level activity, Contacts lets you drill down to individual buyers. See who’s engaging with your content, clicking your ads, or showing other buying signals—complete with enriched contact data ready for outreach.

Contact Enrichment

Avina automatically enriches contacts using waterfall enrichment, which queries multiple data providers in sequence to maximize coverage:
  1. Primary enrichment: First data source is queried
  2. Fallback providers: If primary fails, secondary sources are checked
  3. Data validation: Results are verified for accuracy
  4. Continuous refresh: Contact data is periodically re-enriched to stay current
Enriched fields include:
  • Email address (work and personal)
  • Phone numbers (direct and mobile)
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Job title and seniority level
  • Department and function

Filtering Contacts

Narrow down your contact list using filters:
  • By account: View all contacts at a specific company
  • By job title or seniority: Focus on decision-makers or specific roles
  • By signal type: Find contacts who’ve shown specific buying behaviors
  • By enrichment status: Identify contacts with complete vs. missing data
  • By engagement recency: Prioritize recently active contacts

Sorting Options

Sort your contact list by:
  • Name (alphabetical)
  • Company
  • Most recent signal (date)
  • Signal count (engagement level)
  • Job title or seniority

Best Practices

  1. Focus on engaged contacts: Prioritize outreach to contacts showing multiple signals
  2. Leverage enriched data: Use phone numbers for direct outreach when email isn’t getting responses
  3. Combine with account context: Cross-reference contact activity with account-level insights
  4. Keep data fresh: Regularly review contacts with stale data for re-enrichment
