Contacts - Avina

Contacts lists the people Avina knows about, from your audiences, website visitors, and connected CRM and sales tools. Open it from Contacts under Explore in the left navigation.

The contacts table

Which columns you see depends on the data in your workspace. Common columns:

Column	Description
Name, Title	The person
Company Name, Domain, Industry, Estimated Revenue	Their company
Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL	Contact details
Number of Touches	How many touchpoints you’ve had with this person
Last Activity Name / Date	Their most recent touchpoint
Last Account Activity Name / Date	The most recent touchpoint with anyone at their company
First Touch Name / Date	The first recorded touchpoint
Owner Email, Pipeline Stage	Context from your CRM
Alert Type	The kind of audience this person appeared in

Click any column header to sort by it.

Filter

Filter by Title, Company, Last Activity Date, Owner Email, or Pipeline Stage. Click + to filter on any other column.

Use cases

Multi-threading deals: filter by company to see everyone you know at an account.
Finding engaged buyers: sort by Last Activity Date or Number of Touches to find the people most engaged with you right now.
Building target lists: filter by title and company to see who you can reach for a campaign.

To find a new contact or fill in missing details for a lead, use Find & Enrich in the Activity Feed. To fill in details for a list of people you already have, upload them as a static audience.
