Avina stitches data across your entire go-to-market stack to create a virtual Customer Data Platform (CDP). Once connected, each integration streams fresh events into Avina so you can:
  • fire real-time signals (new hires, ad engagement spikes, web visits, etc.),
  • build account lists, and
  • trigger workflows in the tools your teams already live in.

Supported integrations

Slack

Channel and DM alerts for every Avina signal, plus third-party signal ingestion from vendors that post to Slack.

Salesforce

CRM: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities. Writes signals to the AvinaSignals__c custom object.

HubSpot

CRM: companies, contacts, deals, engagements. Writes signals as timeline notes with standardized tags.

Attio

CRM: accounts, contacts, deals, relationships. Writes signals to a custom object linked to each record.

Outreach

Sales engagement: sequences, email and call outcomes. Supports signal-triggered enrollment and AI Sequences.

Salesloft

Sales engagement: cadences, email and call outcomes. Supports signal-triggered enrollment and AI Sequences.

Apollo

Sequences, contact lists, and engagement data. Bi-directional contact sync.

Instantly

Cold-email campaigns, enrollment, and engagement. Supports AI Sequences as a sending platform.

Lemlist

Cold-email campaigns, enrollment, and engagement. Supports AI Sequences as a sending platform.

Smartlead

For any tool not in the list above, use Webhooks to pipe signal data into Zapier, Clay, n8n, Make, or your own systems.

How syncing works

  1. OAuth or API key: connect in Settings → Integrations.
  2. Historical back-fill: Avina fetches 12–24 months of data where the provider exposes it.
  3. Schema mapping: Avina normalizes objects (lead, contact, account, activity) into a unified model. No manual field mapping required.
  4. Ongoing sync: reads flow into Avina in near real-time; writes (contact creation, signal notes, sequence enrollment) fire as soon as an automation triggers.

Managing integrations

Connect a new integration

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click the provider card (e.g. HubSpot).
  3. Follow the OAuth flow or paste your API credentials.

Connected vs. disconnected

Across the Avina platform — in sequences, automations, and signal activation — integrations you haven’t connected yet appear as disabled options with a direct Connect link that takes you to Settings → Integrations. Once connected, the option becomes immediately available.

FAQ

QuestionAnswer
Does Avina write back to my CRM?Yes. Avina will automatically push de-duped Contacts, Accounts, and Signals to your CRM. This is available for HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Attio, Outreach, and Salesloft.
Can I request a new integration?Yes — email support@avina.io or open a ticket in the in-app messenger.
What if my tool isn’t supported?Use Webhooks as a destination in any automation to POST signal data to an arbitrary endpoint.
