The main Engagement view displays all your connected marketing and sales channels:

Account Engagement

A list of all accounts that have interacted through this channel:
  • Account name and key firmographics
  • Total engagement count (visits, clicks, opens, etc.)
  • Most recent engagement timestamp
  • Engagement trend (increasing, decreasing, stable)

Contact Engagement

Individual contacts who engaged through this channel:
  • Contact name and job title
  • Company they belong to
  • Specific actions taken (pages viewed, links clicked, etc.)
  • Engagement timestamp

Channel Analytics

For each channel, Engagement provides key metrics:
  • Total accounts engaged: Unique companies interacting through this channel
