The Sequence destination enrolls contacts into outreach sequences on your connected sending platform whenever an automation triggers. Avina supports two sequence modes:

AI Sequence

Enrolls contacts into an AI Sequence created in Avina. Avina drafts personalized email steps using signal context and sends through your connected platform. When selecting this destination:
  1. Choose the sending platform (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead).
  2. Select an existing AI Sequence or create a new one.
  3. Optionally assign a sender from your team.
AI Sequences combine signal-triggered enrollment with AI-drafted copy, so every prospect gets a personalized message based on the signal that surfaced them.

Static Sequence

Enrolls contacts into a sequence that already exists on your sending platform. Avina pushes the contact into the sequence as-is, without modifying the email content. When selecting this destination:
  1. Choose the sending platform.
  2. Select the sequence from the dropdown (only active sequences are shown).
  3. Optionally assign a sender.
