Saved Documents are reusable blocks of text that Avina’s AI uses when it writes your outreach. Write a case study, a list of proof points, your positioning, or a tone guide once. Then reference it from any AI Sequence step. When a sequence runs, each reference is replaced with the document’s current content. Edit a document once, and every sequence that uses it picks up the change. Manage them in Settings → Saved Documents.

Create a document

  1. Go to Settings → Saved Documents and click Add New Document.
  2. Fill in:
    • Title: how you’ll find it when you type @.
    • Description: a short note on what it’s for.
    • Content: the text itself. The editor supports headings, bold, italics, lists, and tables. Markdown you paste in keeps its formatting.
Documents save automatically.

Use a document in a sequence

In any instruction field of an AI Sequence step, type @ and pick a document. It’s inserted as a chip. Click the ↗ on a chip to edit the document without leaving the sequence. Changes apply to every sequence that references it.

Include a document on every step

Some content belongs in every message, such as your company boilerplate or “never” rules. Turn on either toggle on the document:
  • Include on every email step
  • Include on every LinkedIn message step
Avina then adds the document to every matching step in every AI Sequence, without you referencing it. In a sequence, the N documents included button under Writing Guidance & Rules shows which documents are being added. LinkedIn connection requests don’t include documents.

What to put in Saved Documents

Keep each document focused on one topic. Smaller documents are easier to reuse in the right places, and give Avina clearer context than one long document.
When you start an AI Sequence from an Avina library template that references Saved Documents, Avina copies those documents into your workspace. If you already have a document with the same name, Avina uses yours.
