Send shorter messages

When enabled, a signal’s details (e.g. account score, reasoning, and additional context) are sent as a threaded reply to (rather than alongside) its summary. When disabled, a signal’s details are sent alongside its summary.

Direct message account owners

Account owners are determined by the CRM(s) you integrate Avina with.
When enabled, account owners receive direct messages about signals relevant to them. When disabled, messages are only sent to the channel configured in Integrations.

Tag account owners

When enabled, account owners are @mentioned in messages. When disabled, messages are sent without @mentions.

Send daily digests

When enabled, every user in your workspace will receive a daily summary of recent signals. When disabled, no digests are sent to your users.
