  2. Create an automation with two actions:
    • Push to CRM (creates the contact and account in Salesforce/HubSpot)
    • Add to sequence (enrolls the contact in a “New Hire Intro” sequence)
  3. Add ICP fit filters to keep noise low.
  4. Activate.
