Action: Add to “Hiring Signal” sequence + push to ad audience

Why it works

Hiring signals budget allocation and operational urgency. A company posting for a role directly related to your product is often weeks away from evaluating vendors. This play catches them first.

Setup

  1. Create a Job Posting signal filtered by relevant roles and keywords.
  2. Create an automation with two actions:
    • Add to sequence → “Hiring Signal Outreach”
    • Add to ad audience → sync to LinkedIn or Google for brand exposure
  3. Gate with ICP fit filters.
  4. Activate.
