Why it works

When a closed-lost account re-engages with your content, something has changed. This play ensures the original account owner is notified instantly and the contact is added to a nurture track.

Setup

  1. Activate the Re-engagement signal.
  2. Create an automation triggered by Re-engagement signals.
  3. Add filters: Pipeline stage = Closed Lost AND ICP Fit >= C.
  4. Set actions:
    • Add to list → “Deal Revival” list in your CRM
    • Slack notification goes out automatically via your signal’s notification settings
  5. Activate.
