Overview
The Salesloft integration is a bi-directional sync between Avina and your sales engagement platform. It ensures Accounts and Contacts stay enriched with the latest data, and lets Avina trigger Salesloft cadences automatically when signals fire.Purpose
- Create and update Accounts and Contacts in Salesloft from Avina
- Pull Salesloft engagement data (cadences, calls, email outcomes) into Avina to strengthen signals and account context
- Allow Avina automations to enroll prospects into Salesloft cadences when high-intent signals are detected
- Use Salesloft as a sending platform for the Outbound Agent
How It Works

Write:
- Accounts → created or enriched when Avina identifies new companies
- Contacts → created or enriched when Avina detects new prospects
- Automations → Avina can enroll contacts into specific Salesloft cadences when a signal meets your playbook rules
- AI Sequences → when you create an AI Sequence in Avina with Salesloft as the sending platform, a corresponding cadence is created in Salesloft under the hood

Read:
- Avina ingests Salesloft activity data, including email sends, opens, replies, calls, and cadence performance
- This engagement data is used to enrich Avina signals, improve account prioritization, and power AI drafting
Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations in Avina.
- Select Salesloft.
- Authenticate with your Salesloft account.
- Save and test the connection.

Signal-triggered cadence enrollment
When a high-intent signal fires (web visit, champion movement, re-engagement), an automation can enroll the prospect into a dedicated Salesloft cadence without manual routing.AI Sequences

When building automations, Salesloft supports the following destination types:- Add to sequence: enroll contacts in a specific Salesloft cadence
- Create lead/contact: add new contacts discovered by signals
Sync Behavior
- Initial sync: Avina pulls historical engagement data (cadences, email sends, call outcomes) when first connected.
- Ongoing sync: engagement events flow into Avina in near real-time; writes (enrollments, contact updates) happen immediately when an automation fires.
- De-duplication: Avina matches contacts by email to prevent duplicates.
