Overview

The Lemlist integration connects Avina to your Lemlist account, enabling signal-triggered outreach through Lemlist’s multi-channel campaigns.
Picking a cold-email tool? Instantly, Lemlist, and Smartlead are all supported as sending platforms for AI Sequences and as automation destinations. For Avina’s purposes they are functionally equivalent — pick the one your team already uses and trusts for deliverability.

  • Enroll contacts into Lemlist campaigns from Avina automations
  • Pull Lemlist engagement data into Avina to enrich signals and account context
  • Use Lemlist as a sending platform for AI Sequences created in Avina

How It Works

Write

  • Campaigns: Avina automations can enroll contacts into Lemlist campaigns when signals fire.
  • AI Sequences: when you create an AI Sequence in Avina with Lemlist as the sending platform, the sequence is created in Lemlist under the hood.

Read

  • Avina ingests Lemlist campaign data, including email sends, opens, replies, and clicks.
  • This data contributes to signal enrichment and account scoring.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Avina.
  2. Select Lemlist.
  3. Enter your Lemlist API key.
  4. Save and verify the connection.

Supported Actions in Automations

When building automations, Lemlist supports:
  • Add to sequence: enroll contacts into a Lemlist campaign

Sync Behavior

  • Ongoing sync: campaign activity syncs continuously.
  • De-duplication: contacts are matched by email to prevent duplicates.

AI Sequences: Lemlist-specific limitations

Lemlist’s public API doesn’t expose two capabilities that Avina’s AI Sequences rely on. If you use Lemlist as your AI Sequences sending platform, keep the following in mind:

Deleting a sequence

Lemlist does not support deleting campaigns via their API. If you delete an AI Sequence in Avina, the corresponding campaign is not removed from Lemlist automatically.
After deleting an AI Sequence in Avina, open Lemlist and delete the matching campaign manually. Otherwise it will continue to exist (and potentially send) in Lemlist.

Selecting sending inboxes

When Avina creates a Lemlist campaign for an AI Sequence, the API only lets us set the primary sending inbox. If you want the campaign to rotate across additional inboxes:
  1. Open the campaign Avina created for you in Lemlist.
  2. Go to the campaign’s sender / inbox settings.
  3. Check the additional inboxes you want to use.
Changes made in Lemlist persist; Avina will not overwrite your inbox selection on subsequent syncs.
