Outreach Integration

Overview

The Outreach integration is a bi-directional sync between Avina and your sales engagement platform.
It ensures Accounts and Contacts are always enriched with the latest data, while also enabling Avina automations to trigger Outreach sequences when signals fire.

Purpose

  • Create and update Accounts and Contacts in Outreach from Avina
  • Pull Outreach engagement data (sequences, email sends, opens, replies, call outcomes) into Avina to strengthen signal quality and account context
  • Allow Avina automations to trigger Outreach sequences when high-intent signals are detected

How It Works

  • Write:
    • Accounts → created or enriched when Avina identifies new companies
    • Contacts → created or enriched when Avina detects new prospects
    • Automations → Avina can trigger specific Outreach sequences when a signal matches your playbook rules
  • Read:
    • Avina ingests Outreach engagement data, including email sends, opens, replies, calls, and sequence outcomes
    • This engagement data feeds into Avina’s signals, account scoring, and drafting

Setup

To enable Outreach integration:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Avina.
  2. Select Outreach.
  3. Authenticate with your Outreach account.
  4. Save and test the connection.
