Overview

The Reply integration lets Avina enroll leads into your Reply sequences and send AI Sequences through Reply, including LinkedIn steps.
Picking a cold-email platform? Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, and Reply all work as automation destinations and AI Sequence platforms. The main differences in Avina:Otherwise, pick the one your team already uses and trusts for deliverability.

What it does

  • Sequences: automations can enroll leads into an existing Reply sequence.
  • AI Sequences: when you create an AI Sequence with Reply as the platform, Avina creates the sequence in Reply and writes each lead’s messages.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations in Avina.
  2. Select Reply.
  3. Connect Write and follow the prompts to authorize your Reply account.

Automation actions

When building automations, Reply supports:
  • Enroll in Static Sequence: enroll leads in an existing Reply sequence
  • Enroll in AI Sequence: enroll leads in an AI Sequence that sends through Reply

AI Sequences in Reply

  • Step types: mix Email, LinkedIn Message, and LinkedIn Connect Request steps.
  • Step order: steps can’t be reordered after they’re added, so plan the order before you build.
  • Starting the sequence: Reply won’t start a sequence with no one in it. When you publish, the sequence becomes active in Reply as soon as Avina enrolls the first lead.

Sync behavior

  • De-duplication: leads are matched by email before they’re enrolled.
  • Enrollment: leads are enrolled when an automation runs, or when you enroll them manually from the automation.
