Writing these notes requires write access on the HubSpot connection. It is not what powers your
audiences — see Access & permissions for what each half
of the connection is required for, what it touches, and what you control. For every HubSpot property Avina
sets — on notes, companies, and contacts — see Properties Avina writes.
Each note contains:
The note’s text is stored in the
hs_note_body property, and its timeline date in hs_timestamp.
Example note (what you’ll see in your CRM):

Triggered automation: <automation name> line, so you can build lists off a specific automation with Note body contains that line.
Tag reference
Every record carries a tag for the kind of activity, and often a few more. Match with contains rather than equals when you build reports, lists, or workflows.
Avina also adds context tags describing the account at that moment:
open_deals, closed_won, closed_lost, and has_owner. To label leads by the automation they passed, see CRM Labels.
Tip: An AI Audience’s own tag (for example, avina_funding_round_signal) targets exactly that audience, which makes it the most precise tag to build on.
Building a dynamic Contact list off a tag
- Navigate to Contacts → Lists in HubSpot.
- Click Create list → choose Active list (so membership auto-updates).
- Filter type: Activity → Notes
- Choose filter:
- Note body → contains → enter the tag (e.g.
avina_champion_movement_signal).
- Note body → contains → enter the tag (e.g.
- Give the list a descriptive name, e.g. “Avina – Champion Movement Alerts”.
- Save. HubSpot will back-fill all existing contacts whose records contain that tag and continue to add/remove contacts in real time as new notes are written.
