# HighLevel Integration

> Overview of the integration between Avina and HighLevel.

## Overview

The HighLevel integration lets Avina enroll leads into your HighLevel workflows and write new contacts and audience activity into HighLevel.

## What it does

* **Workflows:** automations can enroll leads into an existing HighLevel workflow. Draft workflows aren't listed.
* **Contacts:** with the push preferences turned on, Avina creates the contacts it finds in HighLevel.
* **Audience activity:** written to the contact as **tags** plus a **note** with the activity summary. Because activity is attached to a contact, leads without a contact aren't written.

## Setup

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** in Avina.
2. Select **HighLevel**.
3. Connect **Write** and authenticate with your HighLevel account.
4. Set your **Preferences**: push resolved contacts, push ICP contacts, and **Push audience activity to account and contact records**. See [CRM push preferences](https://docs.avina.io/integrations/introduction.md#crm-push-preferences).

## Automation actions

When building [automations](https://docs.avina.io/features/automations.md), HighLevel supports:

* **Enroll in Static Sequence:** enroll leads in an existing HighLevel workflow
* **Set CRM Label:** mark the activity Avina writes with the automation's name. See [CRM Labels](https://docs.avina.io/features/automations/crm-labels.md).
* **Push Audience Match to CRM:** push the lead's people and activity to HighLevel for this automation only. See [Push to CRM](https://docs.avina.io/features/automations/crm-push.md).

## Use cases

### Trigger HighLevel automations from Avina tags

Because Avina adds tags to each contact (for example, `avina_web_visit_signal`), you can start HighLevel workflows when a tag is added.

## Sync behavior

* **De-duplication:** Avina matches contacts by email before creating anything.
* **Enrollment:** leads are enrolled when an automation runs, or when you enroll them manually from the automation.
