# New Hire in Target Role → CRM + Sequence

> Catch new decision-makers early, before they commit to a vendor.

**Signal:** New Hire\
**Filter:** Job title matches target personas AND ICP Fit = A or B\
**Action:** Push to CRM + Add to outreach sequence

## Why it works

New hires in decision-making roles often evaluate and procure new tools in their first 90 days. Catching them early, before they've committed to a vendor, dramatically increases conversion rates.

## Setup

1. [Create a New Hire signal](/signals/new-hire-signals) with title filters matching your buyer personas.
2. Create an [automation](/features/automations) with two actions:
   * **Push to CRM** (creates the contact and account in Salesforce/HubSpot)
   * **Add to sequence** (enrolls the contact in a "New Hire Intro" sequence)
3. Add ICP fit filters to keep noise low.
4. Activate.
