# Job Posting for Target Function → Early Engagement

> Reach target accounts as soon as they start hiring for your buyer persona.

**Signal:** Job Posting\
**Filter:** Role matches your product's buyer AND ICP Fit = A or B\
**Action:** Add to "Hiring Signal" sequence + push to ad audience

## Why it works

Hiring signals budget allocation and operational urgency. A company posting for a role directly related to your product is often weeks away from evaluating vendors. This play catches them first.

## Setup

1. [Create a Job Posting signal](/signals/job-posting-signals) filtered by relevant roles and keywords.
2. Create an [automation](/features/automations) with two actions:
   * **Add to sequence** → "Hiring Signal Outreach"
   * **Add to ad audience** → sync to LinkedIn or Google for brand exposure
3. Gate with ICP fit filters.
4. Activate.
