# Push to CRM

> Create companies and contacts in your CRM and log each lead's activity, for just the leads an automation matches.

The **Push Audience Match to CRM** action sends the leads an automation matches to your CRM. Avina creates the company and contacts if they don't exist yet, and logs the lead's activity on their records.

Use it when you want only some leads in your CRM, such as A and B grades from a few audiences, rather than every lead Avina finds.

## How it works

1. In the automation's **Then…** step, choose **Push Audience Match to CRM**.
2. Choose the CRM: **Salesforce**, **HubSpot**, **Close**, or **HighLevel**.
3. Click the gear icon to open **Push settings**. All three are on by default:
   * **Push companies associated with the audience match** (HubSpot only)
   * **Push people identified in the audience**
   * **Log audience activity on company and contact records**
4. Activate the automation.

Avina matches existing companies by domain and contacts by email before it creates anything, so it doesn't create duplicates.

## How it works with your workspace push settings

Each CRM also has workspace-wide push toggles in **Settings → Integrations**, which push every lead. Once a **Push Audience Match to CRM** automation is active for a CRM, the automation controls what's pushed to that CRM instead. The settings panel shows **Automations control these pushes** to remind you.

Unlike other actions, push automations see **every** lead, even ones a higher-priority automation already handled. That way, pushing a lead to your CRM never stops it from also being enrolled in outreach.
