# Company Lists

> Automatically add signal-matched companies to lists in your CRM.

The **Company List** destination adds the account (company) associated with a signal to a list on your connected platform whenever an automation triggers.

## How It Works

1. In the automation builder, select **Add to Company List** as the action.
2. Choose the **platform** where the list lives.
3. Select an existing company list from the dropdown.
4. Save and activate.

When a signal fires and passes your filters, Avina adds the associated company to the selected list.

## When to Use Company Lists vs. Contact Lists

| Destination      | Best For                                                             |

| **Company List** | Account-level targeting, ABM campaigns, territory assignments        |
| **Contact List** | Individual outreach, sequence enrollment, contact-level segmentation |

Use company lists when your workflow operates at the account level rather than the individual contact level.
